Once your item sells depending on the amount and designer you simply ship to Loved Labels or to the buyer directly. After the selling process is complete you get paid!
If the item, you sold was over $300 we will send you an email with a pre-paid shipping slip to mail your item to Loved Labels headquarters for further authentication. Once the item is received we will authenticate then ship to Buyer and provide them with a tracking number. If the item, you sold is under $300 we will email you the Buyer’s address and you will ship to them directly. Once shipped to Buyer please email us the tracking number and we will forward that over to the Buyer as well.
As a part of our process, we give the Buyer 1 - 3 business days to decide if they want a refund or a store credit. Because of that policy Seller’s payout takes 7 - 10 business days from the date the buyer receives the item.
Seller is given 1 - 3 business days to ship item. If the item is not shipped before that time and we are unable to reach the Seller the sale will be voided and the Buyer will be refunded.
Yes and no. Yes, you will pay for shipping cost upfront when it is time to ship to your Buyer. However, when you list your item for sell please include your shipping price in that amount. Once money is dispersed, in your desired method your shipping cost will be included in that. To avoid having to pay extra shipping cost it is recommended to ship as soon as possible after being sold. Please avoid shipping items last minute because expedited shipping will cost more and take away from your earnings. The other option is if an item that is required to be shipped to Loved Labels at our headquarters that shipping will be free. We will email you a pre-paid label for you to print and attach to your package.
