What is Loved Labels?

A marketplace where Sellers can list their own items, communicate with possible buyers, and maintain their own shop all on Loved Labels.

What are Loved Labels business hours?

You can speak to a live person over the phone during our business hours. We are located on the east coast in the fashion capitol, NYC. Our support hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

What is your authentication process?

Loved Labels has a two-step authentication process, every item listed on our website is reviewed once online and then again in person. Loved Labels is safe marketplace where Sellers list their items and Buyers purchase. Once the Buyer purchases from the Seller, the Seller is then prompted to ship the item(s) to Loved Label’s headquarters. Once the item(s) arrives to our headquarters, our authenticators make a same-day determination. After confirming its authenticity, it is then shipped directly to the Buyer. From handbags, to accessories, and even clothing we review the authenticity of every piece. They are all reviewed and inspected to ensure that its details meet with the manufacturers established standards of quality in: stamping, stitching, hardware, authenticity stamps, serial number, materials and craftsmanship.

What happens when an item is deemed inauthentic?

We warn each prospective Seller that counterfeit items discovered will not only be removed from our website, but the Seller will no longer have access to sell items on Loved Labels. If for some reason we are not able to detect a fake through our online authentication process and the item(s) arrives to Loved Label’s headquarters for in-person inspection, if it is discovered the item(s) are not authentic they will be discarded or donated, and the Buyer will be fully refunded. Loved Labels does not return replica items as federal law prohibits these items to be mailed.

How long does shipping take?

If you purchased your item from a Seller and it is over $300 this shipping can take up to 7 - 10 business days. If you purchased your item from a Seller and it is under $300 this shipping can take up to 5 - 7 business days.

How long does Seller have to ship item?

Seller is given 1 - 3 business days to ship item. If the item is not shipped before that time and we are unable to reach the Seller the sale will be voided and the Buyer will be refunded.

Does Loved Labels offer expedited shipping?

Although there is no option during checkout to get expedited shipping if you contact Loved Labels before phrasing we can try to accommodate your needs.

Does Loved Labels offer international shipping?

Yes and no. This is offered on a case by case basis. Please contact Loved Labels before purchasing and we will try to accommodate you.

As a Seller do I have to pay for international shipping?

No, you will not be responsible for international shipping cost. When your item sells and its from an international Buyer we will notify you only to advise you that pay out maybe longer do to the international shipping. So please do not worry about that shipping internationally, simply ship to Loved Labels wand we will handle the rest.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and financing with our layaway partner Splitit. 

Do you offer layaway?

Yes through our financing option with Splitit. You are able to buy your loved labels now and then pay for it over time. If you are interested in using Splitit simply click on the icon as you method of payment when you are at check out. From there Splitit will make the determination to accept you re not and you can choose what payment option you are interested in. For more information on the Layaway process click here.

When will I be refunded if Seller never ships?

Seller has 1 - 3 business days to ship the item to either the Buyer or Loved Labels depending on the price of the item. If the item is not shipped before that time and we are unable to reach the Seller the sale will be voided and the Buyer will be refunded. Buyer should receives funds back to their original form of payment within 2 - 3 business days. 

Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

No you are not able to cancel the order if it has already shipped. but you can try to contact Loved Labels before the Seller ships and it is a possibility to have the order cancelled. 

How do I create an account?

Signing up for an account on Loved Labels is absolutely free. Simply select SIGN UP on the Loved Labels website homepage. Enter your email address and create a password and your account is created.

How do I reset my password?

You can change your password with these quick and simple steps. Once on Loved Labels, click on LOGIN. Once you’ve arrived at the Login page click on Forgot Password. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to sign up for your Loved Labels account. After you’ve entered into your email address click SUBMIT. After you've submitted your email address, you'll receive an email from Loved Labels with a link to create a new password. If you don't receive the email within a couple minutes, please check your junk mail or spam folder.

Why has My Shop been removed?

Your Shop can be removed or suspended if you violate our terms and condition. If this has happened to you, please email us at contact@loved-labels.com.

Can I pay for my item with layaway?

Yes, simply click on the Splitit option at checkout. When a Buyer purchases with layaway we order the Seller to ship the item to Loved Labels first, to put though our two-step authentication process. Items that are purchased on layaway are non-refundable that is why we further review the item before it is sent to Buyer. For more information on the Layaway process click here.

How does your layaway process work?

Splitit is a secure financing and payment option that offers “layaway” installment payments. After adding items to your shopping cart, at checkout choose the Splitit payment option. Once you choose the Splitit payment option, you will be redirected to Splitit's website. Here you will enter in some basic information to see if you qualify for an instant loan. If you are approved, you may choose from (3) payment plan options (3, 6, or 12 months_, in which you will have to pay off your purchase. After being approved by Splitit, you will receive a confirmation that your loan is complete. You will then be redirected to Loved Labels site where your order will be received and processed. Can I return an item that I purchased on layaway?

No, you may not return an item you purchased with layaway. Items purchased with layaway go through our two-step authentication process. Therefore, once purchased the sale is deemed final.

What is your return policy?

Loved Labels will only accept returns for authentication or misrepresentation issues. This means returns are at Loved Labels discretion. If it is determined that the item is a replica or that the item is not in the condition as the Seller described, we will refund you for everything except shipping fee. A Buyer may request a return within 1 - 3 business days by simply emailing Loved Labels. The Buyer must then ship the item to Loved Labels within 1 - 2 business days. Once shipped email us at contact@loved-labels.com and provide a tracking number. For any other reasons for returns other than authenticity or misrepresentation issues, the Buyer will only receive a store credit. If the item you purchased does not fit, or you no longer want it, etc. You have the option to sell the item on Loved Labels at a lower commission rate. If you are not interested in selling the item, you can return the item back to Loved Labels and receive a site credit.

Do Sellers have to handle returns & refunds?

Sellers do not worry, Loved Labels handles all returns so you don't have to. As a part of our process, we give the Buyer 1 - 3 business days to decide if they want a refund or a store credit. That is why payouts for Seller’s takes 7 - 10 business days. We want to ensure that the Buyer is happy and also make sure Seller does not have to deal with any return issues.

My item just sold what do I do now?

If the item, you sold was over $300 we will send you an email with a pre-paid shipping slip to mail your item to Loved Labels headquarters for further authentication. Once receive the item we will authenticate then ship to Buyer and provide them with a tracking number. If the item, you sold is under $300 we will email you the Buyer’s address and you will ship to them directly. Once shipped to Buyer please email us the tracking number and we will forward that over to the Buyer as well.

My item just sold how long do I have to ship?

When will I receive payment after my item is sold and shipped?

As a part of our process, we give the Buyer 1 - 3 business days to decide if they want a refund or a store credit. Because of that policy Seller’s payout takes 7 - 10 business days from the date the buyer receives the item.

My item just sold how long do I have to ship?

Yes and no. Yes, you will pay for shipping cost upfront when it is time to ship to your Buyer. However, when you list your item for sell please include your shipping price in that amount. Once money is dispersed in your desired method your shipping cost will be included in that. To avoid having to pay extra shipping cost it is recommended to ship as soon as possible after being sold. Please avoid shipping items last minute because expedited shipping will cost more and take away from your earnings. On the other if you have an item that is required to be shipped to Loved Labels at our headquarters that shipping will be free. We will email you a pre-paid label for you to print and attach to your package.

I cannot login into my account?

You can reset your password by following the same directions in the YOUR ACCOUNT section. If that does not work it is a chance your account was suspended or removed, please email contact@loved-labels.com.

Why won’t my photos for my My Shop load?

If your photos are not loading, they are probably too large. Resize the photos then try to upload again
